History |
Matt's passion for creating music took root in the early nineties when the newly formed crossroads of new school hip-hop, alternative rock and electronic music had deep influence on his creative spirit. The early days of Jungle (or Breakbeat Hardcore as it was once known) had immense impact on Matt and strongly influenced his desire to blend the nuances of alternating genres to create new and exciting musical concepts. He began DJing in his hometown of Greenville, SC and found a small following for his unique sets featuring a mixture of Acid Jazz, experimental Drum & Bass and indie Electronica. Not long after, a friend gave him a crash course on the skills to begin producing his own sounds and Matt has been actively creating new and exciting music ever since.
